A text message would be the last straw in 17 day hunt for the Malaysian Airlines MH370. The text would prelude a press conference by the Prime Minister to inform the families that the fate of crew and passengers were all hands lost. This information was the benefit of the United Kingdom not the result of Malaysian government. This conclusion was the work of extraordinary measures in lieu of ordinary failure from before the ill fated flight began. The political situation would be the dominant player in the entire situation of a failure of ethics before takeoff to the plane being able to change course without notification of the Malaysian military. The arrival time in Beijing would come for the MH370, and the plane never arrives. One hour would pass before the public notification of the MH370 missing status, and the airlines and government would charter on a path to deflect the failures of the airlines and political discontent in the country. The obstruction would eventually lead to futile waste of time and resources to basically disrespect the families tragedy. The dysfunctional hunt would last 17 days and conclude without one piece of debris to bring a resolution to the matter. The text message could be the final slap in the face to the family, and the failure of leaders of one country being destructive across the world.
Does Malaysia want to discover the truth behind the crash? Americans should see the decline in our own leadership and realize this one small country has caused so much despair. What would the total moral collapse of our leadership do to the world if we do not soon hold corporate and political leaders accountable? Quality leadership would have avoided the fiasco that is still a work in process. The following items are a series of events before the flight, during the flight, and after the flight went missing.
1) MH370 was not equipped with the most advanced tracking and communication system including the transponder with manual access for a pilot to disengage manually. The plane was going to be carrying Ion Lithium Batteries in the cargo container in a bulk that is unacceptable in the industry, and previous crashes were a result of these batteries causing a fire in the cargo hold because of the danger of transport of these batteries.
2) Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah was a man whose family left the day before the MH370 last flight, and the hours before the last flight in his life. The fanatic supporter of the Malaysian government’s opposition leader was present hours before the flight at the trial where the opposition leader was jailed for five years. The captain was very upset, and his political activism was widely known online and the executives at Malaysian Airlines. The captain was reprimanded for a recent incident of having women in the cockpit during a previous flight. The red flags were insight, but he was still allowed on the flight.
Captian Shah was an ‘obsessive’ supporter of Ibrahim. And hours before the doomed flight left Kuala Lumpur it is understood 53-year-old Shah attended a controversial trial in which Ibrahim was jailed for five years.
Campaigners say the politician, the key challenger to Malaysia’s ruling party, was the victim of a long-running smear campaign and had faced trumped-up charges.
Police sources have confirmed that Shah was a vocal political activist – and fear that the court decision left him profoundly upset. It was against this background that, seven hours later, he took control of a Boeing 777-200 bound for Beijing and carrying 238 passengers and crew.

3) The plane is now ready to make the flight from Malaysia to Beijing. The aircraft took off into the night, and the most routine flight went into the mystery phase after 90 minutes into the flight. The plane made a left turn to pass back over Malaysia, and the military did not take notice on the change in the flight until the Vietnamese government made contact with Malaysia military and air traffic control to notify the officials that something on MH370 was wrong………
