The April 1st victory rally was held by President Obama over the Affordable Health Care reaching 7.1 million enrolled participants in the program. The President gave praise to many in the crowd, but Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was not seated close to the President or recognized for her work in the roll out. President Obama has a behavior that is repetitive when an event is about to occur. It is not what the President says, but what he does not say. The missing of words are a clear signature of Obama’s action. The silence was volumes on April 1st to the future of Kathleen Sebelius, and the official record is the resignation discussion was brought to the attention of Obama by Sebelius.The performance of the Secretary may have been lackluster in the Healthcare.gov roll out, but the Affordable Care Act is the President’s signature piece of legislature. No matter what party affiliation, this is a horrible piece of legislative. Will Obama hand his resignation as President over the failure of Obamacare? I think not…….
